Declan Naughton is a Business Studies Graduate and has a BA in Public Administration. He is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and holds a Diploma in Training and Education on Equality and Diversity in the Workplace from NUI Galway. He is also a qualified mediator.
Declan has twenty years experience in Human Resource Management in the public sector in both an operational and a consultancy capacity. He provides a wide range of services including vocational training, individual coaching, workplace investigations and alternative dispute resolution together with a full Human Resource service. Declan’s areas of particular interest are Equality and Diversity Management, Workplace Partnership, Recruitment, Employment Law, Performance Management and Strategic Human Resource Development, Absenteeism Management, Grievance and Disciplinary procedures and Competency Based Recruitment Processes.
Declan Naughton Organisation Solutions was set up in 2005 and offers clients a bespoke Training, Development and Facilitation service. The vision of Declan Naughton Organisation Solutions is to work in partnership with client organisations to design and implement People Based Solutions that facilitate increased contribution to an organisation’s overall effectiveness.
